This is where I am right now. The middle number is my current weight, the right number is my goal(ish). Maybe it will be a bit higher? We’ll see 🙂

Wednesday – physical therapy.
Thursday – a long walk.
Friday – physical therapy.
Saturday – a long walk.
Sunday – a long walk.
I will start to add more gym next week, I want to give my body a chance to prepare for it. Since I have PoTS I need to carfully plan everything 🙂
